Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to www.studioaimee.com, the seller. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you represent that you attained the age of majority.
We recommend that you print or save a copy of the terms and conditions on your hard drive when you have decided to place an order.
Ordering
By ordering with Studio Aimée you agree to comply with the purchase, delivery and payment conditions.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will directly receive online confirmation on his screen at the end of checkout, as well as an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. This confirmation does not imply that your order has been accepted by Studio Aimée. Your order will only be considered accepted and the sales contract will only be deemed to have been concluded as from the moment the products have been shipped to you. Also after dispatch of the products, we reserve the right to cancel your order . Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the products, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.
We reserve the right to reject or to cancel any order for the following reasons. There was a technical or pricing error on the website www.studioaimee.com at the time the order was placed. The billing information given was incorrect or unverifiable. Our security system indicates that the order is abnormal or may be fraudulent.
In case we reject or cancel an order for any of the aforementioned reasons, we will – depening on the case – refund the price paid for the product and the paid delivery charges.
We strive to keep our website www.studioaimee.com as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. We will give the customer information about alternative products with similar features, quality and price, reserving the customer the right to accept the replacement product. If the customer is not interested in the product offered by Studio Aimée, we will proceed to refund any amount which the customer has paid.
Once a customer's order has been placed and the customer has received an order confirmation email, he may not make any changes to the order. If he wishes to make changes to the placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is his responsibility to contact Studio Aimée immediately.
In case you postpone the delivery or the receipt of the products for an unreasonably long time after we have informed you that we have attempted to deliver the products to you, or in case you have provided with an incorrect delivery address as a result of which the products have been returned to us after the first attempt to make delivery, we will assume that you have exercised your right of withdrawal and we will refund the price paid for the products in accordance with our return policy and the relevant applicable legal provisions.
Prices and payment
The prices of the Studio Aimée items are in Euro's and include value added tax. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price.
Shipping charges are clearly stated separately. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found on the FAQ page. International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. Studio Aimée cannot control or predict these charges, therefore it is our customer responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
The price and offer of an order are always those which apply at the moment of ordering. Studio Aimée retains the right to change and amend product pricing and information. If shortly after purchase a product appears to be reduced in price, no claim can be made for repayment of the price difference.
For settlement of online payments we cooperate with Multisafepay. We do not have access to the confidential details of payment of our customers.
Our payment method is secure. This security system guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
Payment can only be made by authorized credit or debit cards. The authorized cards are mentioned on our website. You will need to provide the details of the card when you place your order.
Shipping
We try to ship our orders within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment by the customer. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Studio Aimées control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. Studio Aimée will keep the customer duly informed of the status of the order.
The shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. It should be considered as a non-binding estimate. Studio Aimée cannot be held responsible if the shipping company is unable to deliver the order to the customer on time.
In accordance with the law 'distance selling', a product must be delivered to the customer within 30 days of the order placement unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not achievable, then Studio Aimée will make the customer aware of this in writing and the customer has the right to cancel without additional charges. In this event, any amounts already paid will be credited within 14 days after.
If the package is damaged when it arrives and/or any shortages in the products delivered, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
We may only be held liable for damage in the event of deliberate act or gross negligence. We are not liable for any indirect damages whatsoever which may have been incurred by the buyer.
Exchange/return
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered products, please let us know. You have the opportunity to exchange or return your products to Studio Aimée.
Please note that items purchased at a discount of 70% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Items purchased during presales can be returned. If the initial discount conditions are no longer met, the discount will be recalculated based on the number of items you keep. Current discounts will not apply.
(Example: For 2 items, 20% off; 4 items, 30% off; 6 items, 40% off. If you bought 6 items and received 40% off but return 4 items, your discount will be adjusted to 20%.)
The right to return/exchange does not apply to custom-made or custom-ordered products. (such as completed or redeemed vouchers or coupons) and items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as swimwear and underwear.
In-Store Pick-Up orders
Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick-up, you have 14 days to cancel the order. (right of withdrawal). If you do not collect your order within this period, you will no longer be able to cancel, exchange, or return the items.
Notification Process
Items cannot be returned without prior notification. Please do not contact us for returns or exchanges via Instagram or Facebook.
To request a return or exchange, please inform us via email at info@studioaimee.com, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. (e.g., too small, not as expected...)
The customer must notify Studio Aimée of their intention within 14 days of receiving the product. The return/exchange period expires 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product. If the return/exchange has been registered, the customer then has 14 days to return the product.
If Studio Aimée approves your request, we will provide you with return instructions by email. Please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately. You are not required to use the original packaging. Include the original invoice in the package.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your return/exchange.
We will only approve return requests if the product has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Products will only be accepted if they are sent in their original, undamaged packaging with labels still attached and as a complete product (for example, both items of a pair must be returned together).
Return Shipping Responsibility
Please note that the customer is entirely responsible for the shipping costs and handling of returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Studio Aimée is not liable for packages lost, sent to the incorrect address, or otherwise undelivered due to issues outside of our control.
Return Timeline Verification
The date on which the package is handed over to the postal service will serve as the official date for verifying whether the return has been shipped within the required 14-day period following your withdrawal notification. If an item is sent to the wrong address or encounters issues during transit, it remains the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise. Under no circumstances will Studio Aimée reimburse the shipping costs of returned/exchanged items. If the return instructions have been accurately followed, Studio Aimée will refund the cost of the returned product(s) within 14 days of receipt, excluding shipping fees. If your order qualified for free shipping and you choose to cancel the entire order, the full amount will be credited minus the original shipping costs.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty or has been delivered in the incorrect style or size due to an error by Studio Aimée, we will provide the customer with a return label once the issue has been reported via email. Upon receipt of the return label, the customer can use it to return the product at no cost. The customer is required to return the product as soon as possible.
A full refund, including any original shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Products are Plconsidered faulty if they are received in the incorrect style or size; items that become damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If the customer prefers to exchange a faulty product rather than receive a refund, we can only replace it when the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs.
International Returns (Non-EU)
For returns from outside the EU, please clearly mark "return" on the outside of the package and indicate this is a return on your customs declaration form to avoid import duties for Studio Aimée. Returns or exchanges without a return notice or those with custom charges will not be accepted or paid by Studio Aimée, and all custom charges are the customer's responsibility.

Right of withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
If the customer, for any reason, does not wish to retain the products, they may invoke the right of withdrawal and have the right to return the products to Studio Aimée. The customer must notify Studio Aimée of the intention to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product. If the withdrawal has been registered, the customer then has 14 days to return the product.
The customer must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by Studio Aimée. The customer should inform our customer service thereof by email or by mail at:

Liability
Studio Aimée cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the products sold by Studio Aimée and / or materials or accessories becoming undone.
The content of the website has been compiled with the greatest care. However, Studio Aimée cannot preclude the possibility of any error or incompletes in the information on this website. Studio Aimée cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. Studio Aimée cannot be held responsible for any typing or misprinting errors that could communicate an incorrect selling price. In that case Studio Aimée will adjust the price as soon as possible. The actual colour of the products can differ from the colours shown on the computer screen. Studio Aimée cannot be held responsible for variations in colours as a consequence of the quality of the computer screens. The position and size of the actual applications on the clothes can differ slightly from the display on the website.
These terms and conditions set out the full extent of the seller's obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, there are no warranties, conditions or terms that are binding on the seller except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit your legal rights and nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Force majeure
Despite any other established legal rights, Studio Aimée is entitled, at its own choice, in case of force majeure, to cancel your order, or cancel the purchase agreement without legal intervention, by informing the customer in writing. Force majeure is understanded to mean any act, event, omission or accident which is beyond reasonable control. The customer is not entitled to any damages, unless given the circumstances this would be unacceptable according to measures of reason and fairness.
Acceptance of general terms and conditions
All website users are required to be aware of, and to agree with, all of the above General terms and conditions. By placing an order with Studio Aimée, the customer automatically agrees to all of our General Terms and Conditions.
